I'm a matte lipstick girl and generally avoid glosses as I am of a "certain age". However, this product is simply amazing. It lasts and lasts and is more like a glossy stain. Whereas most glosses give a veil of colour, this gives me the intense red that I love and can be worn alone, as an undercoat or on top of my matte red for even more intensity and some shine.

It is really buttery as it's name suggested. It glides on the lips very smoothly and it is very moisturizing. The colour is not as sheer as a normal lip gloss.

I found this product at Target and was compelled to try it because of the price! I bought the shade Tiramisu. Love the colour. My only qualm is that it leaves a little bit of a sticky feeling. If it were a deeper shade, I'd probably wear it on its own more often. If I buy this again, I'm definitely going to try Crème Brûlée next time.

I love all nyx products this butter gloss is just the perfect lip gloss and smells so good too also very easy to find and is very affordable I would recommend it to everyone great brand

I have tried so many lip glosses over the years, and while the colour of the butter gloss is pretty great, the feeling on my lips isn't so awesome. I found it thick and tacky feeling, and it settled into lines and creases on my lips, making them look kind of messy. My 7 year old absolutely loves this stuff, and actually if I'm being honest... it looks pretty good on her, lol. Just not for me, I guess!

I love NYX because the brand is affordable yet still offer high quality products so I was a little disappointed with this Gloss.
Firstly, it was tacky on my lips. I could not rub my lips together or get a "smooth" or "butter" feeling because they just kept sticking together and also sticking to my hair. Also, the application itself was sticky and the product didn't glide onto my lips as nicely as I would have liked.
Secondly, although they offer multiple different shades and colours - they lack pigment. (The INTENSE Butter Gloss does offer higher pigment but the quality of the product was still the same). I purchased three different shades, Creme Brulee, Peaches and Cream and Cherry Pie and although they were all different shades none of them really gave my lips much colour.
Thirdly, it just didn't make my lips look good. The product went into every crease and fold of my lips which left them looking messy and unfinished. It was very hard to correct this because the product was so sticky.
I expected a lot more from NYX because I am in love with literally every other Lip Product they offer, I would recommend their Liquid Suede or the Soft Matte Lip Cream over this.

This is definitely my holy grail lip gloss, cheap and amazing. It applies like a dream and leaves my lips looking fabulous while keeping them hydrated. Any time I run out of a colour I immediately go to my local shoppers and buy a new one.

I love this gloss because it wears like a lipstick without the heavy feeling. It is smooth on the lips and feels moisturizing at the same time. The variety of colours makes it hard to choose but if I could afford it I would get them all.

Je me suis procuré le butter lip gloss de NYX dans la couleur crème brûlée à la suite de plusieurs "reviews" fort positifs concernant ce produit. Depuis, je me le suis procuré dans trois autres teintes que j'aime tout autant. Il ne tient pas excessivement longtemps, mais il est agréable à porter et les teintes sont belles.
