Too dry

I am a big fan of liquid lipsticks so I thought I'd enjoy this lipstick as the crayon-type applicator is great for travel and ease of application. The colour pay off is amazing though as with most drier formulas. Moreover- I felt as through if you were to wear this for a long time it would have good staying power. I just found the formula to be way too drying. So I tried to add a bit of clear lipgloss in the centre as I normally do, but it completely altered the colour. I have a dark skin complexion so I did not appreciate this very much. Its good for somebody just not myself.
