I received OGX's repair and protect bond protein pre-shampoo for free from #butterly in exchange for my honest opinion. first and foremost, the smell is fantastic- it smells like what i imagine heaven would smell like. the formula is cooling, non greasy, smoothing and really works! it is supposed to strengthen, protect against frizz, mend over processed hair and repairs pre and post wash. after use, my hair was noticeably smoother and shinier. I'm hoping with more frequent use, this product will help me fix my over processed colored hair. I've used it twice so far and i am quite impressed!

Silky Soft

Dyed blonde hair can be challenging when selecting brands and types of hair products. Some products says they condition and shine dull over-processed hair and do not preform as advertised. However, even after one try, OGX Bond Protein Repair performs as advertised. It made my hair manageable, soft, silky and easy to straighten through blow drying. A perfect product for wavy, frizzy hair.

Helps with badly damaged hair

My hair was neglected for weeks so it was really dry and breaking badly as I wasn't able to give it the level of care I usually do on a daily/weekly basis. I de-tangled my hair first and then applied the preshampoo. I let it sit and then washed it out. Even with using my regular shampoo, my hair felt less damaged. I also didn't get the breakage I usually get when I comb through it in the shower. Just a few strands here and there.

Better than high end bond repairs!!

I have tried soooo many shine / bond repair products. I’ve spent almost $100 on just a single bond repair product before. When I tried the OGX pre shampoo, I was really impressed with the initial results. My hair was ACTUALLY shiny, with reduced frizz. And it stayed like that for days after! I then purchased the shampoo and condition from the same line so I could get the whole gist of the bond repair line. When I paired all 3 together my hair felt soooo light, no unnecessary product buildup. It also was no smooth and moisturized, and as someone who has a dry everything (scalp, hair, skin), this was suchhhhh a relief. I can’t believe I wasted to much money on high end products when OGX has been staring at me at every store I go to! My only regret is not trying this line sooner. I’ve now been using the products for 2 weeks now as I can say I will not be going back to my old shampoo

I don't dye my hair, but I often use a hot comb or a curling iron. I think, other than thining with age, my hair is in pretty good shape. Most effective for dry hair

I usually use a pre-shampoo product before using shampoo and conditioner. It has always helped retain hair moisture and not make hair too dry and brittle. I love this product. It’s so effective and ogx brand always has good quality at an affordable price. Absolutely recommend for fry hair girlies!!

Never Knew I Needed This Until Now
