If you're looking for long lasting colour, this is it!

To use the polish as directed you need the base coat, nail colour and top gel coat, so it is a lot of layers! But it really does last a long time! It does increase the cost though. The brushes are a good size and the polish goes on smoothly. It lasts between 7-10 days. It stays bright and shiny!

This is one of my favourite Gel Nail Varnish Brands because it lasts extremely well, it goes on beautifully smoothly, has fabulous shine and looks as good as it would froma salon plus there is a vast array of colours to choose from. Highly recommended

Glossy, long-lasting, gorgeous colours

This nail polish is brilliant on so many levels. I had previously thought it impossible to get the same kind of manicure I'd receive from a salon at home, but this polish proved me wrong! Given the price, it's much cheaper than salon. The colours are so rich and vibrant. The few which I have tried are very pigmented and you could get away with doing one coat if you were in a rush. Another bonus is that the polish dries so quickly. It gives you gorgeous nails for at least a week! The  wear-time is slightly less than promised. I can get around a week before any chips, however any other nail polish will only be good for a day or two (if that). Depending on how much you typically use your hands, but I guarantee it'll be longer than any other regular nail polish. The finish is like a gel manicure. It's amazing stuff and would definitely buy again!

I have been using LOL Gel Color for almost 10 years. It is by far the best gel polish available for consumers and estheticians. Although it is one of the more expensive ones. It is worth every penny!

I've even using opi's gel colour for about 2 years and I haven't I said say gives amazing results each time. Most of the time it lasts for longer than 2 weeks, the shine stays and it only has to cure under an led light for 30 seconds (as opposed to shellac which is 2 mins)

This nail polishes promises to stay on up to 10 days, well if it lasted half that I be happy. I was very excited to try it , as I love having my nails painted, and lets be honest shellac manicures can get expensive, and I often can't find any " me " time. The price wouldn't be horrible if the product actually worked, but unfortunately my nails chipped the next day :(

This is my favourite brand for polish. It lasts up to 2 weeks and looks great from day 1 to day 14. It is easy to apply and doesn't take great skill to make it look good. The quality is also outstanding and the price is reasonable. I just wish that they were available for purchase at a regular drug store so that I could buy more colours more frequently.

So many colors to choose from and stays on forever!!

Last week I had a "shellac" manicure at Koku Nail Bar in the St. Laurent Shopping Centre in Ottawa. They use OPI Gel Color instead of the Shellac brand, and I love it! The manicure took no longer than a normal mani and the colour is fabulous! I love the glossy-ness of the polish, and so far (8 days in) no chipping or pealing. It looks the exact same as day one!

You can purchase OPI Gel Color at most professional beauty outlets, but I don't think it's worth the price of buying the entire kit with base coat, top coat, soak off, curing lamp etc. unless you plan on doing alot (I MEAN ALOT) of manis. The colour usually dries out too fast for one single person to use.

For $30 I had a full OPI Gel Color mani, and I can get a gel polish change for 18. Good enough for me.
