Homemade is better!

I tried the Peach Mango Organic Yogurt Smoothie and overall I thought it was 'okay.' The price for a litre is quite steep, up to $6 CDN, and to be honest, I don't think the product was worth the price.

The base is partly skimmed milk, enhanced with a LOT of natural and added sugars which is what you taste the most. They tout additional supplements and bacterial cultures, etc. However, after reviewing the nutritional ingredients, it's a bit concerning, not only for the calories per serving, but the fats, carbs, and sugar.

The best smoothies are those created at home with your own fresh fruits and vegetables!
