This is a nice crunchy snack when you want to avoid all-carb snacks. These have a nice mix of carbs, fat, and protein, so they stick with you longer and probably don't spike your blood sugar to the extent most carb-only snacks do. The texture is like traditional cheetos, but the taste is pure peanut butter. May take a little getting used to for some, they are a bit bland; but for kids, or adults who want more of a mix of nutrients, it is a good quality snack.
