I love this spray! When I stir fry our veggies, I like to use the olive oil spray. It gives them a better flavor. Pam is great when I'm making my cakes, cause you know it won't stick to the pan.

When you don't want your food to stick then this is definitely the product to use. I find that a little goes a long way. It can be used for baking, broiling or grilling. It's especially useful when you don't have a non-stick pan. I spray it on my foil before I add slices potatoes with onions, mushrooms, fresh herbs and a few dabs of butter. Then I seal the packet up and cook it on the BBQ. Delicious! I find that it handles heat well and doesn't burn your food.
