Clean feeling, preventative, was expecting more

I received the PanOxyl Acne Wash for free to test, and I was curious to see how it would work after a weekend camping at a festival that left me with some pretty aggressive pimples. While the wash didn’t do as much as I hoped for the breakouts I already had, I did feel like it helped keep new pimples from forming. My skin felt clean after each use, which I really liked. I don't have aggressive acne usually, so I feel that's why I didn't notice as much of a difference to my regular skin and routine.

There’s no noticeable scent, and it’s very easy to use, which makes it convenient to add into a routine. I also trust the PanOxyl brand, so I was expecting a bit more from this product based on past experiences. Overall, while I like the concept and can see its preventative benefits, it didn’t deliver enough results on active breakouts for me personally, and I wouldn’t go out of my way to purchase it myself.

Pas pour les peaux sensibles

Nettoyant visage qui aide à réduire l’apparition des boutons grâce au peroxyde de benzoyle. La formule en crème signifie qu’il ne mousse pas, ce qui est moins mon style de nettoyant (je préfère quand ça fait beaucoup de mousse). J’ai testé le produit pendant quelques semaines et ma peau est toujours bien nettoyée après l’application.

Je le recommande, mais il est important de bien respecter les indications : commencer par une fois par semaine puis augmenter graduellement. Une peau sensible peut facilement réagir.

Decent

I got to try this thanks to Butterly but received it late. I emailed asking about an extension but never heard back. A product like this needs more time anyway. But, that being said...it was decent. It didnt dry out my skin but I cant say if it helped with a breakout. I'll finish out the bottle and see how my skin is before I decide to buy it. I've heard good things about the brand so Im hopeful.

Okay, but strong bleach smell!

I have combination skin with a few acne prone spots so I was curious to see how this product would work for me. It's more of a creamy texture as opposed to a foaming, but it washes off easily. It cleaned my face just fine, but I did find that it was leaving my skin dry and a little sensitive, so I had to reduce using it to every other day. My biggest complaint is the smell, it is a very strong bleach smell that is very hard to tolerate. Once you wipe it from your face, the smell is gone, but if a product smells that offensive while using it, it's not the right product for me and I wouldn't reach for it on my next shopping trip.

Acne wash

My first impression is that it’s a really cool and slippery cream/wash. It also has like a chemical smell to it.

It’s recommended to only starts with a little bit on small spots to make sure you don’t react to it and then little my little apply more on bigger surface. You can adjust how many time you can do it daily.

You need to leave it on for at least 2minutes and then you rinse it off.

I did see a small difference after a few use i will continue to use it to see if it will help over time.

Mixed experience

The PanOxyl Acne Wash made some noticeable improvements to my skin but the overall experience is mixed. I appreciate the convenience of the squeeze tube - easy to use and mess free. I didn’t experience any dryness or tightness.

Worked for body

I like the idea of combining the wash for both face and body in one product like PanOxyl Acne Wash so it is more convenient to wash both in the shower. Although the lathering is not much, I find it creamy and comfortable on skin. It has strong chemical scent, but fades away after I wash it off. I guess different skin areas react differently, so my body feels normal but my face is dry. I often do double cleaning for face but using only this wash already makes my skin feel tight and dry.
It works better on my body where I can see the calming at first impression and I hope it will work on clearing the acne in long term.

Not great

This made my break out way more. He had sensitive skin I would not recommend for anyone with sensitive skin. Try at your own risk. Everyone’s different

It's okay

As someone with Acne, I was really excited to try this face wash. I have been using a gentle cleanser but the addition of Benzoyl Peroxide in Panoxyl's face wash really interested me. Unfortunately, I used this face wash for about a week and did not notice a difference. I appreciated that it didn't leave my skin dry, but I don't think I'll be continuing to use it since it didn't impact my skin at all. I would recommend trying this as it is quite affordable, but results may take a while to show. - Product gifted by Revance (Canada).

Not the right product for me

Overall the PanOxyl Acne Wash was a fail for me. I’ve always had trouble finding a product that really helped my acne breakouts and this is another one to add to the list. It did however make my skin feel great! Some products really dry your skin but this didn’t! I’d recommend others to try it simply because of that. I’m continuing to use the product to see if it just takes more time for my big breakout to clear up!
