Acne wash gave me acne

I was so excited to try this product and help me with my acne flare-ups, I began using as soon as I recived it and noticed more acne - fine, I thought my skin was purging. Almost a month of consistent use and unfortunately, this is the worst acne I've ever had so I have discontinued use. It just didn't work with my skin. The smell of the product wasn't strong, the consistency was a nice texture just didn't work for me.

Bummer…Sad to Say

I'm sad to say that this product(although I received for free for testing)will not be on my next grocery/ pharmacy list. Even though I followed the instructions perfectly and obediently, I did not find this product helped my skin the way it said that it would. I was disappointed, However; that's just me and maybe it would work for you or somebody in your family. At first, I did feel a nice, fresh, clean and tingling feeling, but then I found towards the end on me, maybe because my skin is very sensitive, that it started to sting a little bit. I thought maybe after a few days of use with the test spots that it might dissipate, but unfortunately it did not for me. Just because I did not have success with it, doesn't mean that you won't because I've heard lots of other people are having great responses to this acne cleaner. Disappointment, I won't buy it again.

I've had a rather mixed experience with this cream. It may have some effect on inflammation; at first, the breakouts became worse, then some pimples dried up a bit. But I definitely can't call the result a "wow effect."
What really surprised and upset me:
The packaging arrived in very poor condition, although the package itself was intact.
The manufacturer says "wipe your face only with a white towel," but even after thoroughly washing my face and hands (!), I dried my hands with a baby towel, and it turned white. This means the product stays on my skin for a long time and is truly very harsh.
The most annoying thing is that the product damaged my eyebrows. I had permanent eyebrow makeup done, a full-fledged procedure that cost me time and money. The product started to lighten the hairs, patches of skin, and bald spots appeared. I checked all the sources, and the description didn't mention this side effect. This is completely unacceptable.
Bottom line: the effect on acne is questionable, the instructions for use are absurd, and the side effects are serious. I cannot recommend this product and will definitely not buy it again.

Doesn’t really do anything

I’m experiencing weird acne in my mid 40s and was hoping this would help. I don’t like that it doesn’t foam up, it just feels like a lotion that you just put on your face and leave on for several minutes then wash off, but it hasn’t done anything different for my acne. I’d really love it if it was a foaming cleanser, otherwise I’m pretty disappointed.
