Not effective

I had such high hopes for the PanOxyl benzoyl peroxide cleanser, especially since their acne patches are legit game-changers. I committed to using this cleanser daily for a full month (yes, I gave it a real shot), but sadly… it just didn’t deliver. My skin felt super dry, and instead of absorbing, the product just sat there like a film. It looked promising, but the results were… Meh. If you’re debating between this and the patches, go with the patches. Your skin will thank you.

Dried my skin

The face wash didn't burn my skin or smell weird or anything. I did notice that my skin dried out a lot after I started using it. If you're oily maybe this would work for you.

Without results

I received PanOxyl Acne Wash for tasting. I have a teenager at home with acne and breakouts. He used the PanOxyl Acne Wash for 2 weeks and he doesn’t have any changes. The breakouts are still there, but due of his age it’s normal. My opinion is that you need to use different products in the same time to have a good result and to clean your face. On the product they write that PanOxyl Acne Wash is a creamy daily acne cleanser with 4% Benzoyl Peroxide, gentle for sensitive skin that wash cleans and unclogs pores to clear existing breakouts.
You need to put it on wet affected area, gently massage for two minutes, then rinse thoroughly and dry. It dries skin so you need a cream after to hydrate. PanOxyl Acne Wash Is not very effective but it cleans the face and you need to use it in combination with other products and treatments.

Face/Body Acne Wash

Easy to open and squeeze tube like that it has a tamper proof seal. More convenient if the directions were on the outside label not inside.
The peel part to view the directions should have an indication to lift up the tab. For users 12 years plus.
Creamy very lighted weight wash would be better if it foamed more on the face when massaging in.
Rinses off nicely and leaves the face feeling clean.
Found that after using for a few days it was very drying to the skin and made it feel tight.

Its just OK

After a week of using it everyday I found I broke out more then I was expecting. Maybe it was purging or it would have happened anyway. But as this was the only thing different in my routine - I'm thinking it was this. This didn't make my skin dry out or peel - which was nice. I found it didn't lather or spread great and didn't really feel like my skin was getting clean after using. I also found that I didn't enjoy the smell of it. Nothing horrible but didn't love. I've used other PanOxyl products and liked them, but this was a miss for me.

This is so so

I’ve been using the PanOxyl Acne Face & Body Wash for the past week, and so far, I haven’t noticed much of a difference. My acne level is rather mild, but on my forehead, I do notice I get more breakouts there. This is very creamy and lightweight, it’s not too harsh, and I appreciate that you do get quite a bit of product. I was hoping it would be a bit foamy, but the application was too creamy and didn’t seem/ feel as if I was putting any on. Overall, I believe that with continual use, you will start to see results. However, if you’re looking for something that works instantly, I wouldn’t recommend this.

Bleached my hair

I received this free from butterly in exchange of my honest review. I had heard a lot about it in reels and tried the exact same method. Had precautions while using it I avoided using it on my hair and eyebrows yet it bleached my hair a bit. But the main reason it it caused me more acne then I had. I got redness and acne more. I think it’s not made for my skin type.

Not for my teen!

I received this PanOxyl Acne wash to try in exchange for my honest review. We tried this on our teenage daughter who often has major breakouts on her forehead. We applied it on and she commented that it did not hurt going on. It was a creamy lotion type and was cool to touch. It went on easily on her forehead. We left it on for a couple of minutes as directed before washing it off. She did complain it hurt washing it off and wiping it off. We used it 2-3 times daily but we did not see a difference. She still had acne on her forehead but the only difference we did see when we looked closely was it wasn't as red and enflamed but the amount of pimples remained the same. We used for 1 week and the same results. So we are unsure if this would be the best product for our daughter's acne. We would probably not purchase this product for her acne routine. But we are unsure if it would work better on a different person. Unfortunately, our experience with it was unimpressive.
