Almost the right, kind of clean

I am always happy to try a new face wash, especially in my 40s. Trying to combat the signs of aging while also managing hormonal breakouts is a tough feat. What I liked about the product: barely there fragrance, smooth feel of the cleanser and does not irritate my skin. What I did not love: it felt like I could not fully rinse off the cleanser, and benzoyl peroxide was not as effective as salicylic acid for my skin. That being said, I only had small blemishes during this trial. I think if you have sensitive skin and are looking for an acne wash, this is a good one to start with.

Great Face Wash

Great face wash. The wash leaves my face clean and refreshed without irritating my skin. It does leave my skin a bit dry. I have seen that a noticeable difference on my face with some marks fading. I will be buying this face wash and incorporating it into my daily facial care routine.

Fresh and clean

I didn't mind the smell and it foamed up very well with a small amount. It made my skin feel not tight and dried out but very moisturizing and soft. After a week I still was getting the same or if even more acne.

A nice 2 in 1 cleanser!

I really wanted to try this product when it first launched and it wasn’t available in Canada at the time, so I went to the States and bought this! I love that this can be used on the face and body for those who have back/chest acne. However, a bigger bottle would be required for this, otherwise this size is only good to use on the face every day. I have very dry, flaky skin, and this did not dry my face out right away. I would follow this up with moisturizer to avoid further dryness, and I would limit to using this 1-2 times a day if not weekly as it has Benzoyl peroxide. This does not lather or foam if you are looking for that, but I was able to apply it all over and wash it off easily. This dries out your pimples and this did a good job on my little pimples/acne - it may be require more consistent use to work on more cystic acne. I enjoyed this and would purchase this on my own!

Good product but prefer different packaging

I have used the patch treatment from Panoxyl before and it didn't work as effectively but this was much better. The product is also cooling to the skin.

Treats acne, but dries out skin

I was given the opportunity to try out this face and body wash by PanOxyl in exchange for an honest review. After using this product for a couple weeks I can say, it helps cleanse my skin deep in my pores. It has helped keep my skin from breaking out further and has helped to reduce any excess oil from my skin. Unfortunately for me, it was a little bit too strong for my sensitive skin to use daily. It dried out my skin and left my face feeling hot. I think that this face wash is probably a great fit for lots of people, but my skin didn't handle it very well.

Effective for painful acne

I have been suffering for hormonal acne for more than a year now but recently they get intense. I tried panoxy! acne wash and it's doing pretty good job with calming down the redness and pain. Highly recommended

Gentle acne and body wash

PanOxyl Acne Wash, 4% Benzoyl Peroxide Cream is effectively in cleaning my skin without leaving tense, tight dry feeling and stay hydrated, so I works well on my skin.
I occasionally has mild outbreak on face, this cream is helpful to remove excess facial oil, unclog pores and kill acne causing bacteria with Benzoyl Peroxide.

After using it for a week, I can see great improvement for my skin condition. The acne has faded away and gone, also my skin is more hydrated and has less dead dry skin occurs

Great for Oily Skin, Not for Dry Skin

I received the PanOxyl Acne for testing, and it really works well for oily skin—it helps control shine and keeps breakouts at bay. However, if your skin leans dry, this might not be the best fit, as it can be a bit too drying. Definitely a solid choice for anyone with oily or acne-prone skin!

Part of my skin care routine!

I have always been a fan of the Panoxyl products. Using this wash in tandem with their cream and pimple patches really does wonders. There’s a very subtle smell and comes on clear and washed off like a dream. The price point is fantastic and I have and will continue to purchase this line. Not drying but hydrating.
