Best Face wash for Acne Prone Skin

PanOxyl Acne Face Wash has really helped keep my breakouts under control. It feels clean and refreshing without drying out my skin too much. I like that it actually works and leaves my face feeling smooth and clear.

Finally, a Face Wash That Works!

This creamy, dreamy cleanser actually cleans my skin without turning it into sandpaper seriously! It’s like a tiny pore vacuum that removes dirt, oil, and bad decisions all at once. It has 4% Benzoyl peroxide but still doesn’t irritate my skin. I personally use it in the morning and before bed.
As someone who battles adult acne on the daily, this wash has officially earned a permanent spot in my daily skin care. 10/10. My face has never looked (or felt) more beautiful and clean.

Best of both worlds

I received this product free from Butterly in exchange from my honest review. I’ve had the pleasure of using this PanOxyl acne wash for face and body for the last two weeks. It starts in a thick . Cream like consistency which is SO easy to control when using as a bodywash. No one wants to waste half the product down the drain. I suggest if you suffer from acne in your back to condition hair throughly, rinsing your back aswell to remove and pore clogging conditioner and following up with PanOxyl’s face and body wash. It lathers into a smooth and bubbly foam that cleanses skin with the added benefits of the medical ingredient Benzoyl peroxide 4% which can helps to eliminate current breakouts and keep them from forming. This is also great as a face wash, it cleans well without stripping the skin. Be sure to follow the directions on the label. No need to use it everyday ! The potent ingredients included to kill acne bacteria are perfectly complemented by the nourishing and hydrating ingredients. This not only works against acne but it can help to unclog and minimize the appearance of pores and is free of Fragrance!!

Fresh and clean

I didn't mind the smell and it foamed up very well with a small amount. It made my skin feel not tight and dried out but very moisturizing and soft. After a week I still was getting the same or if even more acne.

A nice 2 in 1 cleanser!

I really wanted to try this product when it first launched and it wasn’t available in Canada at the time, so I went to the States and bought this! I love that this can be used on the face and body for those who have back/chest acne. However, a bigger bottle would be required for this, otherwise this size is only good to use on the face every day. I have very dry, flaky skin, and this did not dry my face out right away. I would follow this up with moisturizer to avoid further dryness, and I would limit to using this 1-2 times a day if not weekly as it has Benzoyl peroxide. This does not lather or foam if you are looking for that, but I was able to apply it all over and wash it off easily. This dries out your pimples and this did a good job on my little pimples/acne - it may be require more consistent use to work on more cystic acne. I enjoyed this and would purchase this on my own!

Acne wash gave me acne

I was so excited to try this product and help me with my acne flare-ups, I began using as soon as I recived it and noticed more acne - fine, I thought my skin was purging. Almost a month of consistent use and unfortunately, this is the worst acne I've ever had so I have discontinued use. It just didn't work with my skin. The smell of the product wasn't strong, the consistency was a nice texture just didn't work for me.

Great coverage and reduced acne.

I tested out PanOxyl Acne Wash 4% Benzoyl Peroxide Cream and was happy with the reduction in my acne. I am prone to acne on my shoulders and back from workouts and this helped a lot to keep my acne at bay or gone altogether! I love the creamy texture and very little scent that this acne wash has. I received the product for free in exchange for an honest review.

Good product but prefer different packaging

I have used the patch treatment from Panoxyl before and it didn't work as effectively but this was much better. The product is also cooling to the skin.
