Great concept; unfortunately did not work for me

Unfortunately this product did not work for me even though I loved the concept! I would wear a patch over a pimple overnight. It did not worsen the pimple, but I just felt it did not speed up the healing process or help the healing at all. I did like the patch texture and how easy it was to apply and remove though.

Visibly reduces blemishes in 1 night

I was pleasantly surprised at how well this product worked. I put the patch on my blemish before I went to bed and it was visibly reduced and it took the redness away from the blemish. Great product to have on hand for those unexpected breakouts (especially when you have an event the next day!)

panoxyl worked on the zit

Pimples Be Gone

I received this sample to try and at first I didn't have any pimples. Normally, this is a great thing! But I inevitably broke out from the stress of going back to school. I didn't want to have any blemishes to start off the new year so I washed my face and put a sticker on my pimples and went to get some beauty sleep. I woke up with a visibly smaller pimple than the night before. These are great! I will definitely use them again.

it's not for me

I had some breakouts and wanted to try the patches, I left them on overnight as directed and the next morning the pimple was still the same, so I tried them nights later and nothing happened.

I've used these patches when a pimple has begun to appear and they have worked wonders. I put a patch over the offending pimple overnight and even during the day. Once removed the pimple is barely visible or is gone. Would purchase again

It works

it is a useful product. it dimmnish the spots but can't say exactly overnight. but yess with the regular use of spot patches the spots are not that visible.

It came at the perfect time as I had just experienced a breakout.
I cleansed my face and applied the acne spot patches to problem areas. I had one mega zit on my chin that was large and painful.
The next morning I carefully removed the spots.
On the mega zit, it drew out the gunk and fluid and drew down the inflammation.
Overall this product is useful for an overnight fix for individual acne spots.
