For some reason these were in pretty bad shape. I used them the same day so it's not like I left them lying around. They were black in quite a bit of spots and smelly. I ended up peeling them all, washing them, saving the parts I could , cutting them for fries. Have to be honest,they did taste alright but they are definitely top quality.
