Great treat for my dog

I think it is a great product for my dog. He seems to love it and gets them weekly. Although i find it pricey shopping around could score you a great deal when they come on sale.

This is the best treat I found yet for my dog. My dog has always had dental problems, and we've tried several thing. When it was a baby we used to brush his teeth, but the older he got the less easier it got. So for the past 7 years our dog goes regularly to the vetenerian who suggested us to use special treats to cleans help his dental problem, between the appointments. I am very satisfied with the product because yes it might me a little expensive but totally worth it. The nutritive values are very satisfying, it really helps cleaning my god's teeth and it reduces a little his bad breath. Plus the way the bone it shaped makes it harder to chew on so my dog can be busy for a couple hours and even more with it, so the bone lasts longer. I definitely recommend it !

I received this Pedigree Dentaflex bone for my dog as a free sample! When I unwrapped it and gave it to her she smelled it a few times and didn't really seem interested. So I coaxed her into trying it as she can be quite fussy and when she did that was it she was sold she loved it! So definitely will be buying these for her again as they seem to be good quality ingredients at a fairly good price.

I bought this for my Shih tzu it was love at first sight. He ate it in no time flat. I had to go back buy him some more. Too early to say if it helped with his teeth but it must taste great since it took no time at all for it to disappear.

My dog absolutely LOVES Dentaflex! I will say, they certainly have cleaned his teeth 110%. Only thing that makes it hard to regularily have them at home is the fact that they cost $15 for a box of 5 - which is ridiculous in my opinion. Pedigree needs to either lower the prices, or have more per box. I was lucky enough to try one with a sample, and had a full box given to me for free from Pedigree. I will buy them in the future, but not as much as I'd like to, solely due to the price.

These are a huge improvement for us from the original Denta Stix version. Those other ones which were hard sticks in the shape of long X's started to give my dog upset stomach now that she's a senior... I got rid of them all b/c she started throwing up even small amounts (odd b/c they were fine when she was younger, and haven't had this reaction to anything else). So whether it's the ingredients or the air bubbles in it, this Dentaflex version is yummy and easily digestible. I have a Jack Russel and she can take this big bone of a treat and gnaw off tiny corners at a time and eat them. I do feel it's too big a treat for her to have in one day, so either I take it away after a while or I cut it up a bit. I have done some where I've sliced them into one inch thick slices to give her for smaller treats, and she still has to gnaw at these to break them down into eatable sizes. Either way it gets her back molars working and getting cleaned up, which is really good for the senior dogs. She chews these as soon as she's given them, no waiting around.

I never seen a dog so anxious to get a treat, she can smell these right through the bag, I haven't even had a chance to open it, wow opened it with trying to get her nose out of my way lol, I had to cut these up in smaller pieces and they where to big for my 10LB dog I got the medium next time I will get the small size, but boy she chowed these down in a hurry, which I was hoping she take her time a little to get those teeth clean as that's what the intentions of these treats are for. maybe there to good? she comes back running around for more lol I am glad she enjoys them though, it;s hard finding treats she loves.

I brought the product for my dogs who are 11lbs and 20lbs. It states that it is for small dogs, 11-22lbs. My smaller dog couldn't even fit it in his mouth. I had to cut it in half, and then in half again. They loved them, but the sizing is off.
