I'm really cautious with whitening products as I've had some bad side effects (sensitivity, cracked lips). However, I took a chance on this because it was so cheap. I'm really glad I did. It works really well. I used it religiously for about a week and noticed a difference. I've gotten slack with it and haven't used it in a few months but I want to get back to it. The only complaint I have is that the mouth tray isn't moldable. I wish you could mold it to fit your teeth shape better (I have to hold it against my teeth to make sure it gets all of them as I have some uneven/crooked teeth).

I have a few stains on my teeth that the dentist told me would never go away and I have tried everything from Crest White Strips to Paint on whitening gel and nothing worked to get rid of these stains I finally gave up and just excepted that nothing would work and I would have it forever. A friend told me about the Plus White Whitening kit and I tried it and In a matter of 4 days I saw that my teeth had started to get whiter and the longer I used it the less I HAD to use it. I still have a few stains from the enamel on my teeth but everything else is gone. I am so happy this product is my GOLD!
