Great tasting protein bars. Best I've tasted by far. I love all the natural plant ingredients. Gives you the perfect boost of energy for either in the go or before or after the gym. The cost of the bars are a bit pricey. But I highly recommend these bars

So impressed

I was invited to try these delicious bars for free in excha8mge for my honest review. I was very impressed by the taste. I grabbed one as a breakfast replacement when i was running late, ate it in the car at around 8 in the morning and was full until lunch. Very tasty, and packed with nutrition, a great thing to keep on hand for those no time for breakfast days.

Passed the Picky Eater Test 4Yr Old Approved

While sampling this product my 4 year old asked to try some..what better way to get an honest review than from a 4 year old? Well PowerBar you passed the test!! Mom loved the fact this bar didn't crumble into 1000 pieces while the little one was eating it. Toddler tester said it was "chewy and yummy". Mama also enjoyed the texture and the pleasant combination of the sea salt and dark chocolate. Toddler tester has since requested more and mama is more than happy and willing to add these to or regular snack rotation!

Great flavour!

I loved the flavour combination of the sea salt and dark chocolate in this powerbar plant protein almond, sea salt and dark chocolate bar. I also like the fact I am getting protein from a healthy source. Highly recommended!

SO tasty!

I LOVE this protein bar, seriously! Not many people love protein bars as the texture of them tend to be chalky and unappetizing, but this is something different. It’s crunchy, sweet, and so satisfying! I tried them after my workout at the gym and it hit the spot.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone, especially someone who is has a sweet tooth and is looking for a healthier option. I will continue to purchase them!

Delicious!

I enjoy that the product is made with protein from plant-based ingredients and nuts. There's no artificial flavours, colours, or sweeteners.
Even though there's a relatively high amount of sugar in this product, there 10g of protein in each bar, so I guess there's plus and negatives with everything. I also enjoy that it's vegan, which is what a lot of people are these days.
I would strongly recommend this product! The chewy texture with the aroma of nuts and chocolate is a great combo!

Delicious post or pre workout bar!

This is a delicious bar. I was really happy to see it is nothing like other peanut-based protein bars I've had that were very heavy and filling. You bite in and get a mouthful of crunch of almonds and a bit of chewiness plus a coat of dark chocolate on the bottom. It is sweet, but not sickeningly sweet. The crunch comes from various ingredients including rice crisp and pumpkin seeds. (The 11 g of protein, for the most part, comes from pea protein. It doesn't taste at all like peas and I'm glad that it is all natural and vegetable protein, but not soy.)

For flavor and "mouth feel" and texture and size, I'd have given it 5 stars. But I took one off because it is intended to provide quick energy in the form of easily digested calories. If you're active, that's great. If you're inactive, this has 280 calories (120 calories from fat) and is something to think about. There are no artificial colors or sweeteners. It has 14g fat (3.5g saturated), 0 cholesterol, 150 mg of sodium (only 6% ADR) 22g of carbohydrate which includes nearly 28% of the ADR of dietary fiber. No soy, nor gluten, which is also a bonus.

If you can manage the calories, this is a really good snack bar (even half with a cup of coffee is very satisfying)! But in my part, this is a great pre or post-workout bar that I will highly recommend to my friends and family!
