Professional Dental Guard for teeth grinding

I ordered this because I had started grinding my teeth in my sleep. I bought this off of amazon and felt that the price was decent (4 in a pack so $5 each). The instructions are fairly decent to follow and they also provide a CD for video instructions. Watching it does not mean it becomes easy to make these mouth guards, you still have to be VERY careful when handling with hot water and waiting for shape to form in your mouth. It has helped me a lot at night and I no longer experience jaw pains. It does take a lot of patience to get used to them in the beginning.
