This protein powder has a very smooth consistency that is super easy to blend and mix. There is absolutely no clumps and it is not too dense or sweet tasting. This chocolate flavour was so delicious it felt like a treat having it. It's sweetened with sucrose, (No aspartame) and is high in protein and flavour but low in calories. Very filling and makes a great addition/replacement to a meal or quick snack or after workout drink. It's gluten-free, and vegan (complete protein from plant source).
