Great for helping with menopause

These were very easy to take i had a allergic reaction to some of the ingredients so I had to stop using them but it seemed like it would have been helpful if I could have used these and the packaging was very easy to access and understand

This works!

This has helped with my hot flashes, I don't really have night sweats (yet, maybe) I am only 50 and have just started having some perimenopausal symptoms and the worst is the hot flashes.

Works wonderfully

I have been taking several weeks and have noticed a diffrence in my perimenopausal symptoms. I feel more calm, with less mood swings and less hot flashes. When I do have the hot flashes they are less severe, less frequent and less duration. I will most likely continue ue this after I finish the free month I revived for my review.
