Didn't work for me

I followed the instructions, but I was still woken at night with hot flashes and sweating, the first few days I had stomach cramps, I had to use the bathroom more frequently as well. I hope it helps someone, sadly it didn't work for me. My menopause is just so miserable...

Great for helping with menopause

These were very easy to take i had a allergic reaction to some of the ingredients so I had to stop using them but it seemed like it would have been helpful if I could have used these and the packaging was very easy to access and understand

It really works!

I was definitely skeptical when I first started taking these but I have to admit I am pleasantly surprised. They actually work! My night sweats have significantly decreased, almost all together, but not quite. They have decreased so much that I have been able to get multiple full nights of sleep without waking up all through the night sweating. It has been great! I would highly recommend these if you are experiencing symptoms of menopause. They have been a life saver for me.

USED FOR ONE MONTH

I've used this product for one month and it doesn't seem to have any negative side effects. I suspect its somewhat helped with sleep issues but not sure about the other benefits yet. Would like to use for another month and see continued benefits.

It’s ok
