While this is a great product thought, it did not help me with my hot flashes or night sweats. If anything it seemed to make them worse. I seemed to experience more hot flashes than normal.

It helps regulate my hot flashes and night sweats and that helps me sleep better and that helps me be in a better mood. I take one tablet with water every morning.

I just had a hot flash

The tablet is coated and relatively small, which makes it easy to swallow. Sadly, I cannot say that this product worked for my menopausal symptoms. I had the same number of hot flashes while taking it as I did before I started.

Menopause Relief

The Promensil Double Strength Tablets did not quite work for me. I had /have no relief. The hot flashes and night sweats are still here in full force. I will recommend this product to others because it may work for them. Everyone is different. But not for me. I am a mess! These tablets are easy to swallow. No aftertaste at all. Easy to come out of the packaging. It is worth a try. These will work for others.

Double Strength Help

This is one of the few products that I have tried that has helped me to survive menopause and feel like I am normal again. You will never know til you go through this what the effects are or can be. I really would buy this product to use until I am through the process.

Felt a difference within days.

I have been using the Promensil double strength menopause support tablets for a month now and I can honestly say that I have seen a great improvement in my overall menopause symptoms. I have had less hot flashes and if I have one at all it is definitely not as severe as it was before. I used to wake up in the night with really bad night sweats and I do not do that any more since taking this. My mood has seemed to be much better overall and less likely to swing as easily as it did prior to taking this support tablet. I’ve tried a lot of menopause products in the past and they all have promised to do the same thing, but I’ve never had great results from them. I can honestly say that I feel better, sleep better, have a better mood, seem to have more energy, and I actually feel like myself again after using this. I would buy this product again and I would actually recommend it to my family and friends. This is something I think really works.

This supplement provided by butterly free for review , was skeptical of the product but within a few days I felt the difference between life with and life without..My choice is I will purchase and continue taking because of the relief from night sweats. It's been awhile since I slept sweat free but with this I can sleep unarupped by pesky sweating.

Surprisingly Works!

I was hesitant that this product would work, but let me tell you...IT DID! I first noticed it only had 2 main ingredients which are calcium and red clover which i thought was pretty awesome. I literally did not have night sweats and very MINIMAL hot flashes throughout the time I used Promensil. I HIGHLY recommend it!

Definitely helps

I was not sure if this would help or not, but taking this regularly has helped with my hot flashes! I am not seeing them like I used too especially in this humid NC heat! My night sweats were not as bad either. It did not get rid of all of the symptoms but definitely made them manageable.
