With use for a month, I haven't noticed any change, would like to co tinge use alittle longer to see if I can notice a bigger difference. There isn't any flavor to tablets and they are very easy to swallow. I did notice that my hot flashes are not as frequent and my moods are alot less irritated. Love that it's gluten yeast and wheat free so I can recommend to friends with allergies to such.

Effective for pre-menopausal symptoms!

I am in my late 30’s, and I suffer from pre-menopausal symptoms where I am experiencing night sweats and hot flashes in the middle of the my sleep where I wake up in bed sheets soaked in sweat. I have been taking Promensil Menopause double strength clinically tested formula once a day for the past 30 days. This product contains red clover and isoflavones that help reduce the severity of night sweats and hot flashes. I have noticed less severe and less frequent night sweats as a result of using this product. Overall, I am satisfied with the effectiveness and will continue to use this product for my symptoms.

I tried this product for 1 month, I was really hoping it would help with my night sweats unfortunately I didn't see any change. It was easy to swallow didn't have any residual after taste. I just didn't see ay results.

Works to help decrease symptoms

I was happy that the Promensil Double Strength Menopausal Supports Tablets helped with my hot flashes within a few days. In my experience, a lot of menopausal support products take at least a few weeks to notice a difference. This one seemed to help a lot sooner. I liked that the tablet was easy to swallow. To me, not any cons to taking this except hard to find in my local stores. Overall, it helped my menopause symptoms faster than other supplements and easy to swallow.

relief of heat attacks from mentapause

I in all honesty didnt think this woudl work but after 2 weeks i felt much better. I woke up much less as time went by from wakingup in wet clothes and unable to sleep i thought i was going to self combust. it hasnt entirely got rid of them but i have more than a wekk left of pill and ike i sai the night sweats are gradually getting less over time. i was unable to take them one night and feel t made a differne andi plan on buying them when i run out. everyone needs to at least try the, they are not harmful and i am touchy about what i take.

It works!!!

I received this package of Promensil for free in exchange for my honest review.
As a middle age woman with pcos, hot flashes and night sweats are something I experience regularly. I've been taking these tablets for about a month now and in that time I've noticed that those hot flashes have significantly reduced. The ones I still so get are much less intense!
The pills themselves are easy to swallow and don't taste bad. I havent noticed any bad, weird or other types of side effects. I will definitely be purchasing these to continue taking moving forward.
