Promensil Double Strength Menopause Support Tablets are amazing! So happy to regain normal quality of life. After a month of use, my hot flashes and night sweats diminished. Good start

It says on the package that it would take 6-8 weeks for the effects to be felt but I did notice a change in my night sweats within the 4 weeks in the box. It's promising and I'd continue to use the product.

great supplement

I want to preface that I do not suffer from hot flashes and night sweats, so the main benefits of this do not apply to me. However, taking this supplement is a good thing for any person that is going through menopause, as it is an all natural way to strengthen your heart health and the claims of hormonal balance do make it worth taking. I haven't noticed any side effects and in fact after taking these, I have felt less fatigued. Not sure if this is a benefit or not but I will take it. I do recommend this and I personally will continue taking this as a part of my personal supplement regimen.

Not for me

I received Promensil free to try for 30 days. I am 66 years old and have been going through menopause for several years. This product caused me to have more hot flashes and didn't seem to help any of my symptoms.

Honest opinion but only tried a couple of days

I was excited to try this product to help me with perimenopause, specifically night sweats and moodiness but unfortunately, my gynecologist put me on birth control to help manage those at the same time I received these so I don’t think I can properly assess them because I only took them a couple of days. I will say I didn’t have side effects, and they didn’t seem to make anything worse but I didn’t notice a major difference in the positive direction either.
