Good product for premenopausal women/Not good for

The product was not effective for me, maybe because I’m post menopausal and I need a product that offers more in the way of the many menopausal health issues I face.

Decreased Hot Flashes

I experienced no adverse effects while using this product. While I did still experience hot flashes; I believe they decreased in frequency & severity. Although I do retain my libido, I believe it was strengthened during the use of this product. I still experienced a bit of a roller coaster with my mood ~ I felt that was unchanged during use. Overall, the benefits I experienced were positive enough that I would definitely recommend this product & as long as the cost isn't TOO high; I would absolutely purchase this product.

It helped me with some of the symptoms

It's not a cure all, but overall having less hot flashes, less mood swings and anxiety, and probably as a result somewhat better sleep. Overall, it's not perfect, but it works pretty good. Will continue to use this for better sleep.

I think it's helping

I've been taking these for a few weeks now and I'm not 100% sure they're working. I feel likey hot flashes haven't been quite so bad, but the severity of them kind of fluctuated to begin with. There is decent research supporting red clover helping with menopausal symptoms. Every body is different however and not everyone will respond the same way. I believe this to be a quality supplement. I liked the foil bubble cell packaging, the pills were easy to swallow and I did not experience any adverse side effects when taking it. I think it's worth a shot trying out of you're having menopause symptoms, they may help you more than they helped me.

These worked!!

These little guys are amazing!! I have tried everything for hot flashes, and this is the only thing that works with no side effects. My hot flashes have subsided, I am so grateful!! I have just now begun to feel a small change in my sleep.
This has a combination of red Clover, which is a good source of isoflavones, and calcium. This is a patent product with available studies to look at.

Promensil Double Strength Menopause Support

This supplement contains Red Clover Isoflavones which mimic estrogen in your body to help women with symptoms of menopause. These supplements come in a 30 day supply to be taken once a day, and although the pills are on the large side, I had no issues swallowing them. This supplement is meant to aid with hot flashes, night sweats, restlessness, and lack of concentration after 6-8 weeks.
Personally after a month I do think they are having a positive effect. I've noticed better mind clarity and concentration, and an improvement in my overall energy. If you are struggling with symptoms of menopause, I'd say give these a try!
