This has really helped with the hot flashes and mood swings. It has also helped with the overeating of sweets that I have been experiencing. Maybe its my body, but it didn't help with and hot flashes or my mood. I did like that it was natural and it did work for others. I expected more benefit due to what I read about the ingredients. It has no smell, the capsules are easy to swallow.

Easy to swallow

The packaging was easy to open and the pills were easy to swallow. I did not like that red dye is added and it has an awful taste and after taste. I did notice my hot flashes going away after a couple weeks taking the supplements.
