After using this product for over a month now I can say around the three week mark I did start to notice a difference in the amount of hot flashes that I was having. They significantly decrease. My nightsweats calmed down too. I did notice that if I didn't eat with this I'd get sick to my stomach.

The ONLY thing that has even came close to working

So over the last 2 to 3 years, as much as I’d love to believe that I’m not in pre-menopause, I’m pretty sure that that’s actually exactly what it is! (I’ll be 43, in a week 😩 ) I have tried SOOOO many different things and when I tell you that literally not one of them has ever made even the very tiniest bit of a difference, at least not a positive one! ! I work in a hospital treating patients with mental health issues, 12 hour shifts, and I’m so serious that just rounding one time in my unit on all the patients, I get back to my station and I’m drenched in sweat and I feel so gross all night! I started taking one of these each day the day after I received them, and I would say within about 10 days or so I started actually noticing a difference! I didn’t have to use the fan at my station as often and I don’t feel as gross in the mornings when I get off work! The ONLY thing that I would say bad if you wanna call it that is the taste! But I’m also really weird about certain tastes and if this one doesn’t go down right when you take the first drink and it gets stuck on your tongue or in your throat, you can definitely taste this and it’s not a pleasant taste! But, I hate taking vitamin supplements for the same reason so it’s kind of a taste along those lines so if that doesn’t bother you, then this won’t either! But the trade-off is SOOO well worth it and I would absolutely recommend these to anyone and now that I’ve only got a couple of these left, it’s time for me to order some! I would love some coupons! 😆 Anyways, if you’re having issues with hot flashes and sweating, 🥵 I would absolutely recommend that you try these! There’s literally nothing to lose by them being completely natural, they’re so much safer than a lot of the other things out there, and I had absolutely no side effects with these either, which is great of course so there’s no risk! The worst that could happen is you take them and they don’t work for you, but I honestly don’t even see that happening, so if you’re like me and you wouldn’t put a price on getting rid of those night sweats and especially being in the summertime right now so it’s just so much worse, absolutely order you some of these!
