I tried the product, with high hopes, but unfortunately I had no change to any of my symptoms. I hear it works well for some people, so I feel it is at least worth a try.

Didn't seem to do anything

I tried it for the whole month and didn't notice any kind of difference while taking it. Maybe it will work for others? I am perimenopausal so there should have been some benefit.

Not effective

This product was not effective with the hot flashes at all. I was really hoping to get some relief with night sweats and hot flashes but there was no relief to be had.

Wasn't what i was expecting

I'm 45, and been told I am perimenopausal, so i had high hopes for this product. Unfortunately it fell short. I don't know if a month isn't long enough, or having fibromyalgia, but i did not notice any difference in my hot flashes, brain fog, sleep cycles, or loss of hair. Maybe a bigger supply than one month may have been better, but i can't say for sure. I wish this had been an answer for my perimenopausal symptoms, but it wasn't

Product didn’t work

I really had high hopes for this product. I took it religiously and didn’t notice any changes. I was still experiencing the hot flashes. I am still experience hair loss.
I was really hoping it would help but it didn’t.

Breast cancer warning for product

Was happy to receive this product free to try but was leery about taking it due to the warning to not do so if there is a family history of breast cancer. For a product that’s seemingly all natural ingredients it was concerning for me so I opted to not take the product after getting it.

not for me

expensive product that did not work for me. Made my hot flashes more intense, plus gave me night sweats, which I've never had before. I only took it for 20 days, and after I quit the night sweats stopped.

Allergic, caused vomiting!

Each time I took it, caused vomiting and stomach pain. Had to stop taking it.
Was easy to swallow, unfortunately got a reaction to it.

Wasn't for me

I was given a chance to try this product in exchange for my honest opinion. I found it had a weird taste that continued after taking that I really didn't like and I didn't really find it did anything for me or help with my peri menopause symptoms..
But overall it just wasn't for me

Unnecessary fillers.

Wanted to like it but this formula has too many fillers. It shouldn't have any. Corn oil, sucrose (sugar), etc. It helped a little with hot flashes but nothing for my skin, hair and nails as claimed. A better herbal formula, Menosmart s made by Lorna V.
