Expensive & Taste

It tasted horrible, hard to swallow. When I looked into the price it seemed very expensive. I did not notice any difference in using it for the month, I was excited to try it but was disappointed. Hoping it works better for others.

Didnt work for me

I tried this for 30 days. I honestly didnt feel anything like maybe i was given a placebo. So i cant recommend this as it didnt work for me. Maybe it will work for others.

It was ok

I took this in order to minimize my menopause symptoms. Although I took it regularly, I didn't find that the symptoms were consistently diminished. I would have expected the symptoms to be less and that I wouldn't still be experiencing the discomfort.

Just not for me.

I didn't find much change in how I felt, while trying this product. I might've had a little extra energy throughout the day, but overall, I didn't notice much else. I guess you'd have to try it in order to know if this would for you or not.

Not long enough trial

I took these everyday until they were gone. I didn't really noticed that they made any changes or helped with any relief of symptoms. Now either or not that was long enough to get a true feel maybe it is for some. I may be willing to try longer or buy more in the future!

Sleep aid

I'm not quite sure if it works or not.
I thought maybe after a few nights I would have a good sleep. But it was the same.
Maybe because my mind is always thinking. I'm not sure.

I received this product to try in exchange for my honest review. I am a 48 yr old perimenopausal woman who was excited to try this product. I took it at the same time every day for 30 days. The pills were easy to swallow.Overall I am not sure how I felt when taking them as opposed to not taking them. Did I feel more grounded and calm, maybe, did I have fewer heat regulation issues, maybe. Once the month was over and I was finished taking this product, I did not see enough of a change to warrant taking them again.

Not happy

Thank you for opportunity to try this product but unfortunately I couldn't finish it because I'm concerned about non-medicinal ingredients. I'm in age when I have to think what I'm putting in my body. I believe promensil medicinal ingredients are good but other ingredients like corn oil, iron dioxide etc...

Works well

So this is a great product to help with those annoying symptoms of perimenopause. Took a bit of time for it to get working but it eventually did. Don't expect an instantaneous result.
The ingredients list was interesting to read up on. There's one that can possibly cause breast cancer which frightened me .
So I think I will just deal with the hot flashes , seems a better choice fir me.

Every little bit helps

Was skeptical at first but after 2 nights helped reduce my hot flashes & reduced my night sweats significantly. Also helped eith my digestive heath as well. I didn't bloat as bad.
