Just didn't work for me!!

So I went into this product test with some big hopes, only to be let down.
I used the whole 30 days worth in order to really give it a shot.
I get the worst hot flashes, and these did nothing for them, if anything I feel as if they made my hot flashes worse. I also experienced nausea, dizziness, and really didn't sleep well at all while using this product. I also found I was more irritable and moody.
It may work for some people but it just didn't work for me.

I tried this product for 30 days my nightsweats, sleep issues and nervousness/agitation remained the same if not slightly worse. Maybe if I used it longer it would have helped over

I think it’s helped with night sweats but otherwise I have seen no benefits to taking this product that I can say with conviction. My nails have never been worse.

I had high hopes for Promensil as a natural supplement for managing menopause symptoms. Unfortunately, it didn't work out for me. Symptoms worse than perimenopause symptoms

Within the first few days of using this product I started getting daily headaches and had trouble sleeping. I tried the product for a full week even though I felt miserable while using it. After a week I was not able to handle the symptoms anymore and I had to stop taking the product
