Didn't work for me

Unfortunately this product didn't work for me. In fact, I think it possibly gave me acne and my hair seems thinner along my hairline. It might just be a coincidence.

Unfortunately, not for me

Thank you to Butterly and Promensil for the opportunity to try Promensil Perimenopause tablets. While I dislike giving negative reviews, I strive to be honest, and for me this product was not effective and did not provide any relief.

I followed the instructions and took the tablet for the full 30 days, but noticed no differences, which was certainly disappointing as I was hoping to find an excellent natural health product that would help relieve some of my perimenopausal symptoms. Of course, everyone is different and while I won’t keep taking this, if you are a person who responds well to natural products, this may still be something worth trying.

It’s a very easy to take, coated tablet. It contains red clover isoflavones, biotin, passionflower and Vitamin D. While I didn’t have any positive experiences, I also didn’t have any adverse reactions to it, so I’m still glad I tried it. For someone thinking this may be the type of product they want to try, there are several areas you might find relief. This may help you with hot flashes, night sweats, help with agitation and nervousness, help your body maintain healthy hair, skin, nails and bones and it’s possible that it may assist in supporting healthy levels of cholesterol.

Again, while it’s unfortunate it didn’t help me in any type of significant way, it didn’t hurt my body and I’m glad I was given the opportunity to try them. If you’re a fan of natural remedies, while you may want to consult your healthcare provider and look at all ingredients and warnings to make sure it’s right for you, you may find this is something for your perimenopausal needs.

Promensil Perimenopause Relief

I received a bottle of Promensil Perimenopause and I liked the fact that all ingredients were natural and that it was to help reduce Perimenopausal symptoms such as hot flashes and night sweats etc. but in my case did nothing

Not worth they Hype

I was super excited to give this sample a try to see how it would do with my menopause symptoms. However, I did not see any changes and/or effect. Maybe you need to be on this product for longer than 1 month.

Wished it worked for me

I finished an entire bottle and did not notice any changes/difference in terms of effectiveness. It was easy to take and remember. I wished that it had worked for me.

Effectiveness

I really liked the ease of taking these tablets but even after a month I didn't feel any change. I still had night sweats, irritability and mood swings like before.
