Great but not great

The product does help ease menopause symptoms but it is not that effective. Specifically it has some side effects such as making one have the urge to pee more and the inability to hold it. It also caused me to have stomach pain. So it’s like debating whether to ease the symptoms or also have some unexpected side effects as well. It helped with hair loss which is good but overall it did not make me feel good and I do not have any health conditions so I am not sure why this happened but it was the pill because I do not consume anything else for this to happen.

Promising Product Despite Limited Testing Time

I received a month’s supply of Promensil for perimenopause symptoms and after the first week and a half I noticed I was having fewer hot flashes than before and they didn’t seem to last as long either. I also experienced some improvement with sleep disturbances during the month I was taking this product. So thumbs up on making those two symptoms better, but I really think a second month or longer is needed to give Promensil enough time to show its full benefits.

Review of free product (Promensil)

I received a free sample of this product for review. I took it for a month and did not find that it made a difference in my symptoms. I went so far as to purchase the extra strength the following month and it did not alleviate my post menopausal symptoms. That is not to say that it would not help someone else. I think that it is worth trying as not everyone responds the same way.

Bodies are Weird, does this help?

I feel like being a 41 year old woman is weird. Is it peri? Is it? We are always asking ourselves this.
To be honest, I am not sure if this really helped or not, I find it hard to judge.
It didn't hurt?
I think it might have made me a bit less sweaty which has been my number one problem lately.

No obvious difference

I took this product religiously for 30 days (I do appreciate it's 1x/day format) to see if it might help new symptoms as I move through my 40s. In particular i was looking for relief for night sweats, brain fog, and anxiety.
Unfortunately I personally did not notice any changes in those areas. (They could be due to a variety of things).
Note that 30 days may not be enough time so I plan on trying them for 1 more month.

No Significant Improvement Yet

Over the past month, I haven't noticed any significant changes—positive or negative while trying Promensil. One slight improvement is a bit more energy during the day, but it hasn't had any impact on my sleep quality. Unfortunately, I still experience night sweats, so it didn’t help in that area for me.

On the plus side, the tablets are easy to swallow and gentle on the digestive system, which is always a good thing. Overall, while it might work for some, my experience was neutral. It’s worth trying if you’re curious, but manage your expectations.

Unsure if this made any difference

Maybe it is because I am in the throes of perimenopause and I am not sure anything helps, but I didn’t find any change in my symptoms, however they were no worse, so there is that.

Not satisfied

I have tried this product for a month like it told me too and I have seen no changes besides I don’t get much hot flashes as I use too. Was not impressed at all. I would not recommend this product

As with any medication, time is needed.

To truly see effectiveness of this medication, more time is needed for my body. I do feel my nails seem a bit healthier. My sleep has been good but I do take other medication to help this. My body is somewhat resilient to new meds, so my results may have simply needed more time. Overall, this seems like a good medication but I’d rather see more results.

Ohhh Promensil

I had the opportunity to try Promensil for Perimenopause. I took it in the mornings for 1 month. I had some relief but feel that this product is needed for long term to notice relief.

What I liked:
Reduces hot flashes and night sweats
Relieves nervousness
Maintains healthy hair, skin, nails, and bones
Supports healthy cholesterol levels
