So far, so good

I was given a bottle of Promensil Perimenopause for free to try. I am almost 50 years old and definitely starting the peri-menopause phase. I agreed to try this product because there are no hormones in it. I feel like it's hard to know if something like this is working right away, or not, but after taking it for 2 weeks, I accidentally missed a week. It was then that I knew it was making a difference. I couldn't figure out why my hair was looking great and cooperating so well, then all of a sudden was limp and not doing anything I wanted it to do. That was how I realized I had forgotten to take my Promensil Perimenopause for a week. Once I started taking it again, I am back to having way more "great hair days"! I also believe it has been helping my sleep. I was tossing and turning a ton, not able to regulate my body temperature during the night. I do find that with Promensil Perimenopause, I am getting a better, less disturbed sleep. Definitely worth continuing!

Not for me!

I recently tried Promensil, a supplement for perimenopause, and wanted to share my experience. While I was grateful for the opportunity to try it for free in exchange for my honest review, I did not notice a significant difference in my hot flashes or night sweats during the trial period. However, I appreciate the chance to evaluate it firsthand, and I hope others may find it more beneficial for their symptoms.

Easy to swallow menopausal relief

I took this medication for a month alto give an honest review. This product did work for me, it erased the uncontrollable sweating thar happens at different times of the day . I also experienced a much better sleep.

Seems to have some benefits

I was given the opportunity to try this product, and have been experiencing some perimenopause symptoms, so was happy to give it a try. After a month of use, I have not experienced any negative effects that I can attribute to the product, and even seem to have received some benefits. Mood swings were an issue, and my mood seems to have leveled out somewhat, and I have been sleeping well. I would recommend giving this product a try to relieve symptoms after consulting with your doctor.

Wonderful idea but be careful with product warning

I was super excited to give this product a try as I'm definitely struggling with the symptoms of perimenipause but unfortunately the warnings on the bottle state to not use for many reasons, one being if you have a predisposition to breast cancer. Unfortunately I am high risk after loosing my mother to breast cancer so I was advised not to take it. That being said I would highly recommend to anyone that can safely use! We need more products on the market to help with perimenopause ❤️

Promensil Perimenopause

Was excited to receive product to try, as it pertains to my time of life!
It was a FREE 30 day supply of, Promensil Perimenopause.
I did notice an affect starting to help symptoms, near the end of the 30 day usage.
Which to me would make me feel inclined that the product would continue to work & hopefully progressively get better with siding symptoms to nil or minimal.

I didn't take it, I gave it to my mom. My mom said didn't feel any changes but the only thing was she slept well like never before. Her moods was great. Thank you for the letting my mom try this product.

Worth the try

I received this product free to try in exchange for my honest review.
I have reached the age of perimenopause and have been here for almost 4 years now. In addition to hot flashes and sleeplessness, I have also found my hair thinning and that I have weaker nails.  As my medical doctors just said to grin and bear it, I thankfully received a bottle of Promensil to try for 30 days. Although 30 days is not nearly enough time to determine if it works well, I was determined to give it a try. Promensil is plant-based, hormone-free and readily available without a prescription. All key factors in my opinion as I don't like taking medication.

The Promensil pill is small and easy to swallow. I took it every day for 30 days and even though I didn't notice a drastic change I did notice a few positive things that make me want to continue to take it to see if it will help more. In the 30 days, I noticed that I had significantly less hot flashes. That in itself is worth exploring more as hot flashes aren't the most pleasant thing in the world. Although I didn't notice any change in my hair, the change in my nails are crazy. My nails are ridiculously hard now. I don't think I've ever had such strong nails before. I didn't notice any difference to any other claims the bottle says it does (Hot flashes/night sweats, bone/heart health, nervousness/anxiety, sleeplessness, loss of hair/skin/nails) ) however experiencing a reduction in hot flashes is 100% worth exploring Promensil more. This is my experience only and your results may differ but for me, Promensil did help me and I will purchase again.

Helpful Premenopause Supplement

I found this supplement of Promensil Perimenopause helpful controlling what could be early onset premenopause; none of us want to admit we have issues with menopause or are close to going through it. It helped me control hot flashes, and my anxiety allowing me to get to sleep a bit faster than normal. Would reccomend if you think you're at the stage in life where you might be premenopausal but dont want to admit it.

Ease into Perimenopause

I tried Promensil Perimenopause for a month. It is difficult to gage results after such a short period of time, but I am liking the product and would like to see what the longer term results are. I found my sleep improved (slept through the night more frequently annd felt more rested in the morning) and my most recent period was better than my previous one (lighter and less cramping). I don’t know if this is due to the Promensil or just a coincidence. I plan to purchase and try it for another month.
