Saw some improvement

I took these daily for a month. It’s hard to tell if it helped with moods as I’m not generally moody. I can say I didn’t get moody during that month. I didn’t get any hot flashes and I might get the odd one. I did notice my nails looked healthier and were not breaking as often as usual.

Pretty in Pink with Potential

Tried this for one month but I feel a ninety day supply would perhaps yield a better feel for whether the product does actually relieve symptoms for the long haul. I feel my mood is a bit better and feeling a little more relaxed at bed time but I haven’t seen a big enough difference at this time in better sleep or reduced night sweats fl say wether it really works enough to buy it. Relief

After a couple weeks of taken Promensil I noticed some relief of menopause symptoms.I had less hot flashes, and was not waking up as many times during the night.

Great addition to daily routine

I received this product as a free sample. After taking this product I noticed my overall quality of sleep seemed to improve after a few weeks ( eg: waking up less). Although it didn't fix my insomnia completely, it definitely helped. In addition to feeling calmer during the day. I was skeptical at first but think it really worked and if taken longer I may notice even better results.

I didn’t feel relief

I’ve been trying this for a while now, I’ve been in perimenopause for quite a few years much earlier than I would’ve expected, as told to me by my doctor. I’m not sure if maybe it’s cause I’m only in early menopause. I don’t have constant and severe symptoms, which is why I said I may be recommend this to a friend. Because I feel like my experience isn’t a good representation of how this product could possibly work. My worst symptom right now is night sweats. I wake up just drenched, I go to bed cold and I wake up 1,000,000°. And I didn’t experience any relief with taking this product. I don’t really have any other symptoms to base it on.

It's a good product. Does it help yes. It has helped me with sleep, I still don't get the 8 hours but I am now getting a sold 5.

Excellent product

Probably one of my favourite supplements I have. I needed to add some of the ingredients into my routine to help with perimenopause and menstrual issues and these have them so I was able to try them out to see if they help, especially Red Clover Isoflavones that were recommended to me by a friend that she uses for balancing hormones. I feel like it may be helping already. I feel calmer, especially during my period which seemed to be a bit lighter.

They are easy to take and the pills are medium sized and best taken with a meal that has fat in it since it has Vitamin D in it.

I think for some of the benefits like what Biotin provides, it may take a bit longer to notice differences in hair, nails, etc. I haven't noticed nay change there yet but that always take a while for biotin for me.
