Promensil review

I tried this product for the first time when provided with the month sample. Prior to taking it I had lots of hot flashes, mood swings, depression, and weight gain. I took the product consistently for the full month and didn’t notice any changes at all. I wonder if I might see more results with a longer period of time taking the Promensil.

Works but not worth the risk

I received this product for free in exchange for an honest review. After taking this product for a few weeks I noticed a decrease in hot flashes, better sleep and less anxiety.
While the pills did help with some of the perimenopause symptoms, a major concern is the potential increased risk of developing breast cancer associated with this product, so this made this product not worth it to me to purchase.

Didn’t notice changes

I was a little disappointed that I didn’t feel any difference while on this medication for a month.
Here’s what I did notice.

1. In the last week, I have been starving at night.. Now I’m not sure if that is coincidence or if it’s from the medication.
2. I was taking vitamin E to help with sweating and for the last week I have been sweating so bad at night.
3. Since I’ve started taking the medicine, I have noticed that I’ve been more tired. But this does not equate to getting better sleep.
Is it not long enough for an accurate symptom relief from this medication? Possibly?
I would also learn to mention that I don’t know how my cholesterol levels are and my hair nails don’t seem any different.

Maybe because I’m also using vitamin E and multivitamins that I’m not noticing any noticeable change?

The premise is great, I just wish I noticed some changes

Didn't work for me

I think it's a great product and probably works very well for many. I myself didn't really find any changes. My skin and nails are the same as before and my sleep is still disrupted. It could be be my symptoms aren't bad enough. However if my symptoms change or worsen I would definitely give it another try.

Unsure of effectiveness

I was very hopeful that this would help relieve some of my pre-menopause symptoms, but I didn’t feel that it made a significant difference after using it for 30 days. My symptoms are more of mental stress, nervousness, clear thinking. It might have helped a little bit with a Getting a more restful sleep, but that is really hard to say after 30 days of using it I feel I would need more time to see if there was a benefit to using Promensil.

Works Well

Taking this helped improve my mood and lifted some of the brain fog I have been having lately. I did notice an increase in my anxiety which may be a side affect but a manageable one for me.

Perimenopausal relief

After trying the Promensil Perimenopause tablets for a month not sure I feel much difference. Maybe need to take them longer. I didn't get any side effects which was good. But overall no difference was felt.

Meh

Not as great as it states. . Lots of moody side effects. Turned my wife into a moody monster I habitable home at times cuz of the moods. Not highlybrecvomemded. Not hold tobolay with hormone replacements

Didn’t notice anything different

I took Promensil for a full month and didn’t notice anything different. My symptoms didn’t change at all. The hot flashes and headaches continued while I took this medication.
