Helped me with sleep and night sweats.

I made sure to wait on reviewing this item until I had tried this product for a full month. I don't feel it's possible to see hair and nail growth this quickly so I cannot comment on the benefits this brings to those. I can share my sleep has fully changed. I used to be a night owl and I'm now sleeping 12am-7am, maybe waking up once. I can also note I was getting night sweats for a couple months there and that is gone now too. While I can't say with 100% certainty this was the cure, I do believe it helped me with these two things.

Great Product!

Life changing

I started taking these a month ago. I was having hot flashes, night sweats, anxiety. Feeling tired all the time. Since starting Promensil I haven’t had any menopausal symptoms at all. I Love Promesil. I am so happy that I was chosen by Butterly to try it for FREE for 30 days. I have been experiencing perimenopause symptoms since my early 40's (I am now

Promensil Relieves Menopause Symptoms

I recently got the opportunity to try promensil for free. It took a good 3 weeks, but I started seeing some relief from my menopausal symptoms. I slept better. Perimenopause

I am in my 40s , I took Promensil Perimenopause for a month and found some relief from perimenopausal symptoms. It helped me to sleep better and the most important to deal with the anxiety and mood changes ( it looks like I want to argue all the time). I like that it contains biotin and it is a plant-based product. I recomended it to my friends. The pills are easy to swallow. I do recomend to read all the detail about the product to make sure it is the right for you, women with predisposition to breast cancel can not take it.
