Great product!

I had the opportunity to try Promensil for a full month and I am satisfied with results. I take one tablet everyday before sleep. What I liked is that it is a hormone free formula that helped me reduce night sweats and hot flashes. I plan to continue using it as I have seen good results so far.

I have just completed a month of Promensil.
I found that the hot flashes decreased somewhat but not completely. It may be more beneficial with continued use
I did not find it helped with sleep but seemed helpful with keeping "regular"

Reduces hot flashes and night sweats

Promensil a natural health product for Perimenopause helps reduce hot flashes and night sweats, it seemed to help with sleep and reduced some nervousness. I liked the fact that it is a national health product and it also contains Vitamin D and Biotin. Which helps maintain healthy hair, skin, nails and bones.

Seemed to work

I took this as directed. My main hope was for it to aid in sleep. While I still had sleep issues, I did notice a great improvement in my mood and anxieties. I am interested in continued use, but have yet to find out in my nearest store. I will continue to seek it out. I would recommend.

Part of my morning routine!

I'm in perimenopause, and I decided to give Promensil a 30-day trial to see what effect if may have on my intermittent hot flashes and general well-being. The pills themselves are easy to swallow, but one of the larger supplements I've taken (for those who have difficulty swallowing larger pills).
Surprisingly, on the one day I neglected to take it I had a hot flash, and it occurred to me that I hadn't had one in a while since taking Promensil! I would imagine if someone suffers from continuous hot flashes (mine are just so far once in a while) they might notice an even more marked improvement.
Promensil's active ingredient is Red Clover, which contains isoflavones - these are a class of phytoestrogens that are found in plants and have a similar makeup to human estrogen.
My only wish is that this were more like a multi-vitamin and contained other ingredients that support perimenopause like vitamin d, vitamin k, vitamin b, and omega-6... as its stands I have to take them separately, so this is just one more supplement in the pill case to take!
Overall, because the risk of adverse reactions to other medications is so low, I would recommend this supplement to other perimenopausal women, with the caveat that they should try it consistently for at least a month to notice if its beneficial for them.

Improved sleep wuality

I can report that my sleep has improved while taking this, I am Leary because of the warnings in the package, but am not sorry I tried the product. I am still warm in the night but have definitely enjoyed better nights.

Seems good

Seems good, but I need more time and product to see if it is helping me in a positive manner. Stopping the product to see if symptoms return, then trying again to see if there is relief.

Pleasantly surprised

To be 100% transparent, I was very sceptical when I applied to try this. I didn’t think there was anything that could help with my perimenopausal symptoms. I was having a very bad night sweats and brain fog like crazy. Almost to the point where I thought because it ran in my family that I may have been getting the onset of Alzheimer’s/dementia. This product after taking it for about two weeks almost stopped my symptoms entirely. I should note, I was taking the pill at night time. I don’t know if it would make any difference if I took it first thing in the morning. An added bonus was my hair became a little bit thicker and my nails went from brittle to very strong and grew fast!! I wasn’t sure if that was attributed to taking the pill or not. I would 1000% recommend this for anyone who is in desperate need to reduce or eliminate symptoms. When I first opened the package, I smelled it. It smells very herbal. Almost like a pleasant herbal tea. Easy to swallow, no aftertaste at all. For me, the pill was a perfect size. There is a lot of information to read on the packaging. My only complaint is an environmental one … the bottle is very big for only 30 pills, could have done with half the size of the bottle.

Promensil product is a decent option for symptoms

I used this supplement for the last month to help alleviate perimenopause symptoms. I found an increase in energy, hot flashes and sleep. I still struggle with agitation and hair loss, I think these may take more time than just a month to improve.
