In the one month that I’ve been taking this not only have I’ve been sleeping better not waking up as much. I don’t seem to be kicking the covers off as much. I’ve noticed that my hair is not falling out as fast. I personally feel that I have more energy and I am able to focus more. I didn’t realize some of these side effects, but I do feel way better since starting to take this. It was super easy just to take one pill a day and add that to my routine.

I'm so thankful that I was chosen by Butterly to try out this natural health product, which I received for free in exchange for my honest review. The supplement is called "Promensil Perimenopause" which is formulated to alleviate some of the main symptoms during this significant transition in my life.

I'm in my early 40's and I've been experiencing a rollercoaster of perimenopausal symptoms for the last few years now, which has been really difficult to cope with lately. I started taking Promensil around a month ago, not for Hot flashes but did, as I don’t have hot flashes. I tried it more for lack of sleep and to help keep my hormones in balance. An amazing product
