Effective supplement

After taking a tablet once a day for a month, I noticed a reduction in hot flashes, my mood swings became less frequent, and my period arrived on time. However, I still had trouble sleeping through the night, waking up and staying up for long stretches. More recently, I also started experiencing a deep, unfamiliar back pain, which has persisted, though it’s less intense than when it first began.

Definitely felt a difference

After only a few days I could feel a difference from taking these supplements. The pills are small and easy to swallow, and the once per day dose is easy to remember. Right away I felt increased energy and focus, and my libido has improved over this month. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I only had about half of the symptoms and cannot speak to how it handles hot flashes or night sweats.

A Natural Approach

I received a free month's supply of Promensil Perimenopause tablets. I have been suffering perimenopause symptoms for a couple years now. Although prescription hormones absolutely have a place in treating perimenopause, I have been reluctant to go straight to that route. I generally like to find natural approaches to ailments, if possible. It's worth a shot

From hot flashes to waking up in the middle of the night, I was experiencing all the symptoms. With Healthcare struggles right now it was a relief to use something that was over the counter that actually helped. I now can sleep through the night and the hot flashes have disappeared. Positive results

Feeling peri- good

One month in, sleep has been great. My witching hour seems to have eased. A lot less restless at night! The biggest difference is the regrowth of my hair! I'm a little spikey and fluffy but it's definitely happening, my bald spots are almost gone!!

Hard to say if it did anything

I tried this product for a full month. I am 45 years old and don’t think I’m experiencing perimenopause at this time. I can’t say I noticed any difference in my anxiety. It was pretty high, however I am going through some major personal issues. I don’t get night sweats so I can’t say it does anything for that. I do like that the ingredients are all natural. I would certainly use this product again once I notice any perimenopause symptoms.

Perimenopause symptoms relieved

40s don't have to be all down hill. Suffering symptoms isn't a sentence, you can find relief of perimenopause symptoms with products such as Promensil. I was happy to see a big decrease in night sweats and hot flashes. I've been having wonderful sleep, 7 - 8 hours a night but that often typical for me anyhow. It also is said to help with agitation and nervousness and maintain healthy hair , skin, nails and bones. I'm not sure I've noticed that but perhaps it has helped as this is typically a stressful season and I have no stress or anxiety. A natural health supplement worth checking out.
