Great supplement with no side effects

My honest review is that after taking this for 30 days nothing changed for me.
I am going to purchase and take it for a few more months though. From what I have read online it could take three months to notice if it's helping. The pills have no taste and a slight odor that is not offensively strong in any way. They are very easy to take. A nice small size with a coating to help swallow them. I had no side effects at all from this supplement.

Promising Promensil!

After 30 days of using Promensil I was gifted for free for the review, I noticed a definite increase in libido and vaginal secretions. Less anxiety or agitation? Not so much, but then again, there are all kinds of factors influencing that. Would I buy it? Sure, for the libido and especially vaginal dryness alone. I asked my doctor about it and they gave it a thumbs up. Enough for me!

Could it help

It seems to help with what it claims to help with, which was my nervousness, a sleep aid. As for the other symptoms it claims to help with I really have not seen a difference in any of it.

When I first took the tablet I could taste all the ingredients and it really almost made me gag. As I took it a few more times, I was unable to taste the ingredients or had that reflex while taking it again. Not sure if that initial time I was senses were so heightened or if I was very sensitive that day.

I would probably take this again if I felt my symptoms where more bothersome than what I have been experiencing.

Helped some

I finished the bottle of Promensil Perimenopause sent to me from Butterly as a free product for my review. After a couple of weeks I did notice I was getting less disruptions from hot flashes, especially while sleeping. It's been nice with the comfortable nights sleep and that has helped keep me in a better mood at work.

Helps with symptoms

I feels this products helped with the symptoms of menopause. Did they stop? No, but they seemed to be more bearable than prior trying Promensil. I will purchase another bottle and see if I can make it another month.

Better sleep

I have been sleeping better lately and the only thing different has been the addition of Promensil. I am usually a terrible sleeper, however lately I'm finding myself sleep better, and longer and waking up feeling rested

Interesting product

I was given the opportunity to try Promensil, I used a whole bottle and can’t say that I noticed a huge improvement however there are definitely beneficial ingredients here. I would continue to use this product to see if perhaps a longer trial would be most beneficial. Easy to take, no aftertaste and no negative side effects.

Perimenopause Relief

I had the opportunity to try #Promensil Perimenopause tablets in exchange for my honest review. After taking this product for one month I noticed that my sleep improved and I felt more rested and less tired during the day. It also helped eliviate my anxiety level somewhat as I felt a little less agitated and jumpy. These helped to achieve a more restful and uninterupted sleep which made me feel more energetic rather than tired by mid-day. These tablets are easy to take, in an easy to swallow tablet. I'm assuming that longer than one month is needed to notice any other significant improvement in hair and nail growth but would recommend these to anyone experiencing menopausal or perimenopausal symptoms.

Promensil Review

I was asked to try Promensil ,review and submission my honest opinion. Upon completing the entire bottle, I observed a notable increase in energy levels, which is probably due to better night rest. These pills are pretty easy to swallow and had no bad taste or aftertaste. Although other changes were less pronounced, I may just not have noticed because I really don't have a lot of premenopausal symptoms at this time. The brainfog does seem less now that I think about it.

Great pills hormonal relieve for PMs

Promensil is great to control PMS Symptoms as well as hormonal changes in perimenpause. I took one tablet a day and I saw difference in mood changes , body aches which usually are caused by hormonal changes. I didn’t noticed any changes in my sleeping habits but these supplements didn’t make it worst either . Definitely recommend these supplements, these are great alternatives to the many menopause products on the Market. Great product
