Would like to continue using for a few months

I received this product for free. Here is my honest opinion. I was initially concerned that they would be very big pills and hard to swallow. However, these pills are not very big and super easy to swallow. I did not have any side effects. I have been taking them for one month and, interested to see what changes occur over the next few months. I did notice that my hair isn’t falling out as easily after I brush it. I also noticed that my skin doesn’t feel as dry and itchy. I have not noticed any difference with my fingernails. Although I still struggle with insomnia, it is slowly improving. I have not noticed a difference with night sweats or anxiety. I would probably purchase this in hopes that I would see further improvements after taking it for a longer period of time.

A great way to manage perimenopause/Menopause symp

Since my 40s I have noticed symptoms including mood swings, restless sleep, lower sex drive and the occasional hot flashes. I have never had cold feet in my life and was surprised to see that can be a perimenopause/Menopause symptoms.

I love that people are now are more informed and open on this subject and that we have natural products on the market to address this situation.

I have been taking one of these easy to swallow capsules daily and notice it has helped reduce these symptoms. I have been less moody which could be thanks to the better quality sleep I have had since taking these supplements and I notice I have had little to no hot flashes.

Be patient

I have been taking it for a few weeks now. You have to be patient. Didn’t work right away for me. I haven't experience hot flash relief as of yet, l've started sleeping through the night after a few week being on it. I'm slowly feeling my multiple hot flashes in the evening or waking up multiple times are not as much as before. I take it right before bed. It has been a game changer for me. .

Good feeling

Really like the calm and peace effect of this product. For me only 1 by 2 days is enough. My symptoms are light and almost disapear during the treatment. Happy to have the chance to use it ! Give it a try.
