Works great

I have noticed a change in taking these especially with hot flashes and the night time sweats and sleeping!! I have had a little more energy also and not a cranky either!! I would recommend this to any woman going through perimenopause they really work!!

This product is good for hot flashes and night sweats

Promensil is a dietary supplement based on red clover isoflavones specifically developed to provide support and wellbeing for women during and after the menopause. Promensil's red clover isoflavones are naturally occurring plant oestrogens that have been specifically extracted and are not chemically synthesised.
It really helps with no side affect and the tablets are about half the size of a multivitamin and pretty easy to swallow. No bad taste or aftertaste.

I will be gifting this to my mother as she is in this stage. I also heard that you can take the without being menopausal aabit is good for hair and nails and overall health.
