Reduced brain fog

This seemed to help me with some of the anxiety and brain fog. I had a clearer head. My sleep seemed moderately better. However I can't say that it reduced my hot flashes.

Promensil review

I tried this product for the first time when provided with the month sample. Prior to taking it I had lots of hot flashes, mood swings, depression, and weight gain. I took the product consistently for the full month and didn’t notice any changes at all. I wonder if I might see more results with a longer period of time taking the Promensil.

J'étais septique en essayant promensil.. mais surprise, il fonctionne très bien. J'avais des sueurs nocturnes et me réveillais imbibée chaque matin. Depuis que j'utilise le produit, les sueurs ont pratiquement disparues. Je dors mieux, donc moins fatiguée et les bouffées de chaleurs que j'avais au courant de la journée, ont diminué d'au moins la moitié. Je recommande promensil périménopause, à toutes personnes qui ont certains symptômes de périménopause et qui ne veulent pas utiliser d'hormones.

Pleasantly surprised

To be 100% transparent, I was very sceptical when I applied to try this. I didn’t think there was anything that could help with my perimenopausal symptoms. I was having a very bad night sweats and brain fog like crazy. Almost to the point where I thought because it ran in my family that I may have been getting the onset of Alzheimer’s/dementia. This product after taking it for about two weeks almost stopped my symptoms entirely. I should note, I was taking the pill at night time. I don’t know if it would make any difference if I took it first thing in the morning. An added bonus was my hair became a little bit thicker and my nails went from brittle to very strong and grew fast!! I wasn’t sure if that was attributed to taking the pill or not. I would 1000% recommend this for anyone who is in desperate need to reduce or eliminate symptoms. When I first opened the package, I smelled it. It smells very herbal. Almost like a pleasant herbal tea. Easy to swallow, no aftertaste at all. For me, the pill was a perfect size. There is a lot of information to read on the packaging. My only complaint is an environmental one … the bottle is very big for only 30 pills, could have done with half the size of the bottle.

Promensil Perimenopause So Helpful

Promensil Perimenopause is an excellent product. I found it to be an easy to take dose. There was a good amount in the package and it seemed effective as well.

Works but not worth the risk

I received this product for free in exchange for an honest review. After taking this product for a few weeks I noticed a decrease in hot flashes, better sleep and less anxiety.
While the pills did help with some of the perimenopause symptoms, a major concern is the potential increased risk of developing breast cancer associated with this product, so this made this product not worth it to me to purchase.

It works!!

I was not sure if this would work, I was a bit hesitant to try it due to a few warnings. Reluctantly I tried it , the first week I didn’t notice anything but as I continued use I can honestly say that three weeks in my hot flashes and night sweats reduced significantly. I am definitely going to try another month with the hopes it may minimize my anxiety/ moments of rage

Works great for perimenopause symptoms

I just finished my 30 dat trial of Promensil, and I found that it relieves some perimenopausal symptoms. I slept more soundly, felt more energized, and didn't sweat as much as night.

An important thing to note is, if you have a family history of breast cancer, use of this product is not recommended. As my mom had breast cancer, I can't continue to use it right now, despite how well it worked in relieving symptoms. I do, however, recommend it to others. If you don't know about your family's medical history in regards to female cancers, talk to your doctor and get screened with regular mammograms.
