Help with perimenopause symptoms

I was gifted 30 tablets from @promensil and @thisisbutterly to try for one month in exchange of my honest review.
I am on the end side of things in my perimenopause journey / symptoms, so there are symptoms like the hot flashes, the heavy bleeding and night sweats that have finally subsided after few years experiencing them.
I do suffer from insomnia and find myself tossing and turning a lot before finally falling asleep. I usually take a prescribed sleeping aid on the nights I can't fall asleep after couple of hours. So, trying Promensil for a month, I refrained from taking my sleeping aid. I wanted to see if this would help at all, in a natural way.
Towards the end of the third week, I noticed I was not as restless at bed time and was falling asleep faster than I have before.
I have not experienced a change in my brain fog, my overall well-being feeling or my anxiety.

I do have chronic pain related to Lushka joint disease and Fibromyalgia. I also suffer from CFS, chronic depression and anxiety.

I wish I would have known about Promensil perimenopause when my perimenopause was at its glory. It may have helped relieve some more unpleasant symptoms.
I have not had any side effect while taking Promensil.

Life changing

I started taking these a month ago. I was having hot flashes, night sweats, anxiety. Feeling tired all the time. Since starting Promensil I haven’t had any menopausal symptoms at all. From one day to the next it was a complete 180° change. I’m sleeping through the night again. I did check with my doctor to make sure it was ok for me to take. She didn’t see any reason I couldn’t. Make sure if you are starting this you check with yours.

So I was pretty excited to try this product! I just turned 42 this year and I am fairly sure I have been experiencing perimenopausal symptoms for years. I struggle with sleep issues, itchy ears, sluggishness, anxiety. This helped with some of these things but I’m not sure 3 months was long enough so I have purchased another bottle so I can keep going! The symptom relief I experienced was enough for me to want to keep going. I noticed it helped with my sleepless nights, it helped with mind clarity and I did notice a difference in my skin and nails. All good things!

Helped me sleep

I’m 47 years old and have been suffering with hot flashes almost every night having issues sleeping. I’ve been taking these pills for almost a month now and have noticed that not only do I sleep better and more comfortable I also get less mood swings. I’m not saying this is a magic pill, but it has lessened my issues. There are warnings on the bottle please read them before hand.

Has some good vitamins

I tried this product for about a month and didn't see any significant changes. I did like that it is plant-based and it contains vitamins our bodies need. I just don't know if I would purchase it again for the symptoms described.

I Love Promesil. I am so happy that I was chosen by Butterly to try it for FREE for 30 days. I have been experiencing perimenopause symptoms since my early 40's (I am now
49) without any relief because I don't enjoy taking medications if unnecessary, and now that I am in full menopause my symptoms are even stronger. I sufffer from night sweats that soak through my clothing as well as hot flashes and I suppose mood swings as well. So I was happy to learn that Promensil is made from all natural ingredients. I was sceptical at first but after about 10 days I really started to notice a big difference. I still get night sweats and hot flashes but the frequency and severity of them are definitely lessened. I no longer have to change my top in the middle of the night so as a result I am sleeping better and for longer periods without waking up. As for the hot flashes they still come and go but not nearly as often. I liked this product so much that l've already went out and bought some more so that I can continue to take them to lessen my symptoms and make life more pleasant for me and those around me as well. Bye Bye Hot flashes

I received this product for free to test from Butterly. I took 1 tablet a day as directed for a month. I was really excited about testing this product, especially because of the natural ingredients. At first I took it at night as it suggested, taking it at the time of day you wish to relive symptoms and the main reason I was interested in trying it was to help with my sleep issues. Unfortunately, it had the opposite effect. I was wide awake most of the night. I then started taking it during the day. After about a week and a half, I noticed a difference in my hot flashes, especially at work, which seems to be when I would notice them the most. I have not noticed any other improvements in symptoms. I would recommend to help with hot flashes. I also liked the fact that the tablets are easy to swallow.

Promensil Relieves Menopause Symptoms

I recently got the opportunity to try promensil for free. It took a good 3 weeks, but I started seeing some relief from my menopausal symptoms. I slept better. I woke up less often because of feeling like I am boiling. My hot flashes during the day diminished. Less bloating. Just felt so much better. I definitely recommend.

Great product!
