I really like this product very easy to take this pill not too large. I noticed a change in myself after completing these vitamins. I would definitely recommend these to any woman that needs help with menopause symptoms naturally.

Seemed to work

I took this as directed. My main hope was for it to aid in sleep. While I still had sleep issues, I did notice a great improvement in my mood and anxieties. I am interested in continued use, but have yet to find out in my nearest store. I will continue to seek it out. I would recommend.

Finally Perimenopause Relief!

Promensil perimenopause 40 mg red clover isoflavones tablets are easy to swallow and very effective. I have suffered from terrible mood swings and it feels like the constant sweats for months. After just a few days of taking promensil I felt a lot of relief. I noticed a big positive change in my mood. The promensil tablets make you feel like yourself again! Part of my morning routine!

I'm in perimenopause, and I decided to give Promensil a 30-day trial to see what effect if may have on my intermittent hot flashes and general well-being. The pills themselves are easy to swallow, but one of the larger supplements I've taken (for those who have difficulty swallowing larger pills).
Surprisingly, on the one day I neglected to take it I had a hot flash, and it occurred to me that I hadn't had one in a while since taking Promensil! I would imagine if someone suffers from continuous hot flashes (mine are just so far once in a while) they might notice an even more marked improvement.
Promensil's active ingredient is Red Clover, which contains isoflavones - these are a class of phytoestrogens that are found in plants and have a similar makeup to human estrogen.
My only wish is that this were more like a multi-vitamin and contained other ingredients that support perimenopause like vitamin d, vitamin k, vitamin b, and omega-6... as its stands I have to take them separately, so this is just one more supplement in the pill case to take!
Overall, because the risk of adverse reactions to other medications is so low, I would recommend this supplement to other perimenopausal women, with the caveat that they should try it consistently for at least a month to notice if its beneficial for them.

Did not notice significant changes

Promensil is a natural health product to help with perimenopausal symptoms. It is in tablet form and to be taken 1 a day. After trying the product for a month, I didn't notice any significant changes. Maybe helped a bit with sleep and anxiety but it was still on and off. Could be because it takes longer to see benefits or I may not have entered the perimenopausal stage yet. Would like to try again when I do have more of the symptoms listed to properly try it again.
