I received a free sample of Promensil Perimenopause natural health supplement from Butterly in exchange for my own honest review. I took this supplement every day for a month and it really did make me feel more normal, it greatly reduced a lot of my symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats, nervousness/anxiety, and sleeplessness, and I didn't have any negative side effects. I highly recommend it if you are suffering from increased symptoms like I have been!

The hidden possible Effectiveness

Being honoured a sample bottle from Butterly for six weeks to try this natural perimenopause/menopause natural relief. In the first 4 days, I did have less hot flashes, and I got excited. Unfortunately, it seemed my body was doing the hormonal shuffle and they returned, although not as often but each one lasting at least twice as long if not longer. Hot flashes was my main irritant and what I focused on for menopause issues in trying this product. With researching this product and the natural ingredients such as red clover. I learned it has other bonus effects for the body and I believe it may have helped my over all health that. So I decided that I will be purchasing this in the future, although I won't consider it for "Hot Flashes", menopause symptoms but over all health benefit and health.

I tried this for 30 days and there were some cons and some pros.

Pro:
- better sleep
- no night sweats

Cons:
- my hair starting falling out in chunks
-extended my period by days

Overall, I do not recommend this product. The thing is, every woman is different and this product may work wonders for you, it just didn’t for me. The hair loss was significant and was alarming.
Not having the night sweats was nice but the extended period was not.

Great Product!

I have been suffering the hot flashes for the past few months. But after using this Promensil Perimenopause for a month, I can sleep better and reduce hot flashes. It has given me some relief where I can function normally again. Highly recommend to others.

Unnecessary fillers.

Wanted to like it but this formula has too many fillers. It shouldn't have any. Corn oil, sucrose (sugar), etc. It helped a little with hot flashes but nothing for my skin, hair and nails as claimed. A better herbal formula, Menosmart s made by Lorna V.

Slept a lot better!

Received Promensil to try for one month before giving my review. I didn’t think there would be any noticeable change within the first week as I was suppose to take it for a month before reviewing but I was wrong. I noticed within the first 5-6 days I was sleeping much better. I wasn’t waking up multiple times during the night.
That’s the biggest change I noticed in the 30 days I took this pill. I would wake up some mornings very warm, I wouldn’t say it was a night sweat but perhaps that meant the Promensil was actually working.
I’m still very early stages of perimenopause and would consider still using Promensil to help through those rough symptoms.

After taking Promensil for a week, I noticed I was having trouble sleeping at night. Then I decided to start taking it in the morning instead of at night and that is when I began to experience the benefits! I definitely had more energy, and did not get as exhausted as I felt before.

Promising Supplement for Perimenopause

I’ve been suffering with terrible perimenopause symptoms for years such as terrible brain fog, and excessive sweating during the day and night. I was cautiously optimistic about trying Promensil to see if it would help my symptoms. After a month I do feel like the sweating wasn’t as severe and I slept really well.. I would definitely like to continue taking Promensil to see if it would continue to aid perimenopause and menopause symptoms.
