Positive results

I was actually quite surprised with Promensil. After using this product for a full 30 days, I saw positive results. It helped with hot flashes and insomnia. I felt more balanced and had much better sleep. I had less breakage in my hair and nails too.

Not as great as it states. . Lots of moody side effects. Turned my wife into a moody monster I habitable home at times cuz of the moods. Not highlybrecvomemded. Not hold tobolay with hormone replacements

Feeling peri- good

One month in, sleep has been great. My witching hour seems to have eased. A lot less restless at night! The biggest difference is the regrowth of my hair! I'm a little spikey and fluffy but it's definitely happening, my bald spots are almost gone!!

Didn’t notice anything different

I took Promensil for a full month and didn’t notice anything different. My symptoms didn’t change at all. The hot flashes and headaches continued while I took this medication.

Hard to say if it did anything

I tried this product for a full month. I am 45 years old and don’t think I’m experiencing perimenopause at this time. I can’t say I noticed any difference in my anxiety. It was pretty high, however I am going through some major personal issues. I don’t get night sweats so I can’t say it does anything for that. I do like that the ingredients are all natural. I would certainly use this product again once I notice any perimenopause symptoms.

It works

I honestly thought my review would say it wasn't working. Then I finished the product and stopped taking more. That is when I found out that it did work. My face broke out again, getting to sleep was hard, and I was getting agitated by stuff easily. All things I hadn't really noticed had improved greatly. I did go and buy another bottle quite quickly.
