I think it’s helped with night sweats but otherwise I have seen no benefits to taking this product that I can say with conviction. My nails have never been worse.

Definitely felt a difference

After only a few days I could feel a difference from taking these supplements. The pills are small and easy to swallow, and the once per day dose is easy to remember. Right away I felt increased energy and focus, and my libido has improved over this month. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I only had about half of the symptoms and cannot speak to how it handles hot flashes or night sweats.

A Natural Approach

I received a free month's supply of Promensil Perimenopause tablets. I have been suffering perimenopause symptoms for a couple years now. Although prescription hormones absolutely have a place in treating perimenopause, I have been reluctant to go straight to that route. I generally like to find natural approaches to ailments, if possible.
