Effective supplement

After taking a tablet once a day for a month, I noticed a reduction in hot flashes, my mood swings became less frequent, and my period arrived on time. However, I still had trouble sleeping through the night, waking up and staying up for long stretches. More recently, I also started experiencing a deep, unfamiliar back pain, which has persisted, though it’s less intense than when it first began.

Overall, I do recommend Promensil, though I believe its effectiveness may vary depending on each woman and her unique lifestyle and symptoms.

Didn't work for me

Unfortunately this product didn't work for me. In fact, I think it possibly gave me acne and my hair seems thinner along my hairline. It might just be a coincidence.

Unfortunately, not for me

Thank you to Butterly and Promensil for the opportunity to try Promensil Perimenopause tablets. While I dislike giving negative reviews, I strive to be honest, and for me this product was not effective and did not provide any relief.

I followed the instructions and took the tablet for the full 30 days, but noticed no differences, which was certainly disappointing as I was hoping to find an excellent natural health product that would help relieve some of my perimenopausal symptoms. Of course, everyone is different and while I won’t keep taking this, if you are a person who responds well to natural products, this may still be something worth trying.

It’s a very easy to take, coated tablet. It contains red clover isoflavones, biotin, passionflower and Vitamin D. While I didn’t have any positive experiences, I also didn’t have any adverse reactions to it, so I’m still glad I tried it. For someone thinking this may be the type of product they want to try, there are several areas you might find relief. This may help you with hot flashes, night sweats, help with agitation and nervousness, help your body maintain healthy hair, skin, nails and bones and it’s possible that it may assist in supporting healthy levels of cholesterol.

Again, while it’s unfortunate it didn’t help me in any type of significant way, it didn’t hurt my body and I’m glad I was given the opportunity to try them. If you’re a fan of natural remedies, while you may want to consult your healthcare provider and look at all ingredients and warnings to make sure it’s right for you, you may find this is something for your perimenopausal needs.

5 Star Relief

I have been really struggling with night sweats and lack of sleep for quite some time. Went to my Family Doctor and she said "try to get through it". I tried Promensil Perimenopause. Unsure of effectiveness

I was very hopeful that this would help relieve some of my pre-menopause symptoms, but I didn’t feel that it made a significant difference after using it for 30 days. My symptoms are more of mental stress, nervousness, clear thinking. It might have helped a little bit with a Getting a more restful sleep, but that is really hard to say after 30 days of using it I feel I would need more time to see if there was a benefit to using Promensil.

Works Well

Taking this helped improve my mood and lifted some of the brain fog I have been having lately. I did notice an increase in my anxiety which may be a side affect but a manageable one for me.

Perimenopausal relief

After trying the Promensil Perimenopause tablets for a month not sure I feel much difference. Maybe need to take them longer. I didn't get any side effects which was good. But overall no difference was felt.
