I received this product in exchange for honest review. The packaging was very informative. Each vitamin was red in color with a slight taste of clover. I loved that it’s plant based. It supports healthy hair, skin and nails. I noticed over the period of a month that i had a visible difference in my nail growth. I slept a little longer than normal in certain nights. I didn’t notice any change in my night sweats, mood or hot flashes. It’s likely due to me being on other medication to treat a few other conditions I have.

A little help along the way

Experiencing perimenopause symptoms is no fun, but at least we can have some support along the way. This plant based product can help with some of the symptoms, like help strengthen hair and nails. It is not a huge difference but at this point any help is appreciated. The pill is solid and slightly large, so be prepared to swallow it. But at one pill once a day it is not a big lift, and it is very manageable.
